Ashes 2 Ashes en FIREWORKS (UK)

Ashes 2 Ashes´ Th3ories en FIREWORKS MAGAZINE (UK) ¡!
“…It’s thoughtful, well-presented and indisputably the guys’ hearts are in the right places. There is talent on display…”

“…‘Th3ories’ is home to some fine musical passages…”

“…To be sure, there are some good things here, there are bursts of power and energy throughout…”

FIREWORKS, one of the longest lasting British publications specializing in Hard & Heavy, includes the Th3ories review in its new issue of September.

“…‘Th3ories’ is home to some fine musical passages…”

From honesty, respect and constructive criticism, Michael Anthony values the fantastic work of Sergio López on guitars ( "... sub-Ritchie Blackmore soloing ..."), the compositions ( "... edging towards the composed grandeur of classic Dio ...") and the works of Rafa Pinto ( "... Pinto's work is superb and overshadow the music ..."), while clearly emphasizing the evident axes of improvement (voices, treatment of melodies and forced textures that still are not right in our proposal) letting us know that the way is the right one but there are a lot of nuances to be polished yet ( "... just has too many rough edges and shortcomings ..."). At the same time, the major handicaps our project faces (language, production, lyrics) are not singled out as negative by Michael Anthony in his review.

A self-published album from the southwest of Spain with all our heart and illusion is apt to be reviewed in FIREWORKS!
